Basketball

My name is Ceasar Adim. I am a recent graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where I was a Senior Basketball manager working in every facets and day to day operations with the Men's Basketball Program under Head Coach Matt Mccall. I am a hardworking, motivated, detail orientated individual with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry specifically the NCAA college basketball world. I am skilled in Player and Skill development, College Basketball Operations, Basketball Camp & Clinic Operations, Sports Code, Synergy, Adobe Photoshop and Social Media Strategy Management.

Prior to attending Umass I grew up in Boston MA, where I was fortunate enough to attend the Brooks School; A nationally ranked boarding Prep school while competing in one of the most competitive high school leagues in the country the NEPSAC. In the AAU circuit I played for the Boston Amateur Basketball Club (BABC) under legendary Coach Leo Papile. I went on to attend the University of Kentucky, where I planned to continue my career as a student athlete but an ongoing knee injury forced me to have my 4th knee surgery which cut my athletic career short at the age of 19. At the lowest point of my life, I discovered my true love and calling in life - Coaching. I stayed at the University of Kentucky where I worked with the Mens Basketball Program as a Student manager and a Video assistant for two years under Coach John Calapiri. As a Video Assistant I created scouting edits using Synergy sports tech, sports code and XOS digital. I documented shooting charts and player statistics during games, workouts and practices. I worked alongside and helped develop eight NBA pro-athletes, while working closely with the Video coordinator and Graduate assistants to develop pre-game scouting edits. I have also worked various college basketball camps as a coach and instructor like the Dan Hurley Basketball camp at UCONN, the ED Cooley Basketball camp at Providence College, and the John Calapari Basketball camps at the University of Kentucky.
Last summer I organized, fund-raised and hosted my first and very own free basketball camp in my hometown of Roxbury, MA. There were over 50 kids in attendance along with 15 current and former D1 basketball players as camp counselors. Former NBA All Star Dana Barros and Pittsburgh's Basketball great Bobby Martin were at the event as keynote guess speakers.

I aspire to become a  College Basketball Coach, while teaching and helping young men or women achieve their own dreams and aspirations on the court, in the classroom and in there everyday lives.  Feel free to reach out to me if i can be of any service or help to you. God bless
